East Clare Junior Golf stores account details so we can run junior membership, scorecards, progress statistics and leaderboards.
For juniors under 18, the parent or guardian is the account holder. We keep the child’s profile, date of birth, optional GUI number, golf club, junior level, and the parent’s email and name.
We use this information to verify age, approve membership, protect family records from other users, and send service emails such as verification and membership decisions.
Leaderboard names are shown only when consent is given. You can contact the club if you want a record updated or removed.
